Anne graduated from Universitas Indonesia in 2014 and is registered as a member of Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

During her almost 8 years of experience working as a lawyer in Indonesia, Anne has represented both local and international clients on various general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign and domestic investments, and capital markets.

Matters she handled include advising on merger and acquisition, preparing documentation for mutual fund registration and restructuring, assisting in an initial public offering and a global tender offer, and negotiating transaction agreements such as cooperation agreements, conditional sale and purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, and any other agreements that are required to implement the agreed structure.
