Pria is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder of Atama Law.

With 18 years of experience in the legal industry, Pria has established himself as a seasoned legal professional in the field of law and finance in Indonesia. Throughout his career, he has been extensively involved in various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, direct and strategic investments, capital markets, and restructuring deals, both in conventional and Islamic financing. His expertise in these areas has made him a sought-after professional in the industry.

Pria is an active member of the advocate community at the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and a registered Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant with the Indonesian Financial Authority Services (OJK). Pria is also a member of the Indonesian Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM).

Pria's educational background includes a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pelita Harapan (2005), a Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (2009), and a Master of Commercial Law from Melbourne Law School (2010). He was named the ‘Commended External Counsel of the Year ’ by the In-House Community, in Hong Kong.
