Rian is a Partner and Co-Founder of Atama Law.

Rian is a seasoned litigation and employment lawyer who has been practising for more than 12 years and has been advising and assisting clients on various matters both in civil law and criminal law proceedings. Rian has also advised many clients in employment related matter ranging from day-to-day employment law queries to handling various mass terminations of employment for various start-ups and state-owned enterprises to handling labor union issues and strikes.

Rian completed his Bachelor of Law (2011) at the University of Indonesia in 3.5 years and earned his Master of Law in Business Law (2014) from Gadjah Mada University. Rian also has a Diploma in Law from the University of London (2010).

Rian is a qualified lawyer and admitted by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia or PERADI), and an active member of the Indonesian Employment Lawyer Association.
