Richi is a Partner and Co-Founder of Atama Law.

Richi has been practising as a corporate and commercial lawyer for more than 12 years and has been advising and assisting clients on legal matters ranging from day-to-day business operations to complex transactions. Richi’s areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments, venture capital and private equity, data, media, and technology, intellectual property rights, privilege legal services, and risk and compliance advisories.

Richi completed his Bachelor of Law (2008) in the University of Surabaya in 3.5 years and earned his Master of Law in Media and IT Law (2009) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

Richi is a qualified lawyer, admitted by the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia, or PERADI), and certified as a Data Protection Officer by the Indonesia Data Privacy Professional Association. Richi is also a member of the Indonesian Cyber Law Community (ICLC).
